I hereby provide consent to NEW YORK KIDS RUNWAY for the photography and/or videography of my child. I willingly grant NEW YORK KIDS RUNWAY unrestricted rights to utilize the images derived from the aforementioned photography and video recordings, as well as any reproductions or adaptations of these images. These images may be employed for purposes such as fundraising, publicity, and other activities aimed at furthering the objectives of the organization. This application extends to, but is not confined to, the right to utilize these images in printed and online promotional materials, social media, press releases, and funding applications.
